Florian Mollicone
Florian began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he was an Executive Director in Structured Products, an environment that sharpened his analytical rigour, his attention to detail, and his ability to navigate complexity with precision.
After six years, he decided to follow his passions for hospitality and real estate, and founded MADLEN in 2023.
Creative, methodical, and discreet, Florian is above all client-centric. A deep passion for hospitality taught him that every detail matters, and that the experience is as important as the outcome.
